Hi! I am Audrey Thompson and I am an athlete in pursuit of an Olympic Gold Medal in the winter sport of Skeleton, an event to that of Luge. The resurging success of Skeleton was quite evident during the 2002 Winter games of Salt Lake City through the well-earned gold and silver medals of the U.S. team as its popularity grew among fans. Feeling the excitement, I transitioned from spectator to participant and found that despite the long hours of training, the many miles from home and the countless bloody, sweaty, terrifying, teary-eyed trips down the track.....I LOVE IT!!!!
